Why Russian women are better in sports than American,s?

America has about 3 times higher GDP per capita (PPP) and twice as much population and create lot more hype about their players and they are actually much better than Russia in most men,s categories generally but Russian women seem much better at sports than the American ones.
For example they have 24 world records in women indoor and outdoor athletics(incl. former soviet union) but America has only 4.
Why is it so?maybe they are genetically more athletic and have better endurance level because of very cold weather there?

Ideas for a suprise birthday party for a16 year old?

ok so a friend of mine is throwing a birthday party for her son. He will be turning 16 this year and we want to throw him a surprise birthday party. Does anyone have any ideas as where we could have it(somewhere cool and fun) He loves hunting, fishing,four-wheeling,dirt biking, and almost anything outdoor, sports of course. We live in Illinois very central illinois. Ideas on how to get him outta hte house and go do something before the party then bring him back would be helpful also.

What is that bar in Louisville that has 5 bars in one called?

I go there every year during the derby, but for some reason I forget its name every year….I wonder why? It has the outdoor bar, sports bar, lounge bar, greenhouse like bar, and the roadhouse like bar. Its huge…and I always have a blast there!!
It’s not O’Malleys.
They have a little sand box beach area in the outdoor bar….
The bar I was looking for was Phoenix Hill Tavern. Man, I love that place.
