When i do outdoor activities (eg. basketball) my hands get red and big, its quite embarassing ?

For the past few days, my hands have been getting bigger after ive been playing sports (mostly basketball)
my hands get large and red, and it takes a while for them to shrink back.. I notice they get dirty to, do you kno the cause of this hand enlargement?! and how to fix it?!

    your hands get big due to swelling , so just play more so they can start to get use to it and stop swelling.
